You did not say what kind of weather station you have, nor did you include a log, so it is hard to offer much help.
But, on the chance that you have a Davis Vantage, did you look at the section *WeeWX generates HTML pages, but it does not update them <http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#html_generated_but_not_updated>* in the User's Guide?
