First to note that the variety of IP camera brand and models are much
extensive. Most cameras allow direct access to IP camera through a URL into
web-browser, and you should must verify this URL address and capability. In
case of not possible, or difficulties, may also upload to a photo hosting
website (as Lookr.com).
There are many ways to accomplish this regarding Belchertown skin. With the
camera URL in hand, the easier way is to replace address into "radar_html"
in 'skin.conf'.
Then Windy radar (or other) can be posted under
'index_hook_after_charts.inc", for example.
