I built a weather station using an accurate 5 in 1! a raspberry pi and weewx.
It works well but it the acurite side of things is temperamental. The usb enabled display sometimes needs to be reset and a usb hub is required to make sure it always has power. Not ideal when the station is installed in a remote location. Are there any better suggestions for a weather station that is more reliable than the acurite? I plan to build another one but I’d like something more reliable than acurite.
