It's not straight forward, but it's doable with patience. You would need to edit the header to add the page to the navigation bar. Then add a new page like the about folder has. Add that page to the skin.conf (again, like the about page), and then you can use my about page example <https://belchertownweather.com/go/about-source> to see how to add a div, and get the chart to show up in that div.
