Ok, I see what is going on. The link I posted earlier should be entered into your browser on an internet connected machine and it will display the WeeWX Users Guide, specifically the section on running WeeWX directly. Do make sure you do this and read the section carefully.
To run WeeWX directly at the command prompt on your RPi enter the following command: $ sudo weewxd /etc/weewx/weewx.conf Note that I have used a slightly different command to that in the linked document, I have included the full path to weewx.conf. This should result in output to the screen showing lines starting with LOOP: and REC:. These lines contain the data from your station, LOOP lines are loop packets and REC lines are archive records. You will likely see LOOP lines every 2.5 odd seconds and REC lines every five minutes.
