Step 7 in the upgrade info, do I need to add the belchertown_root_url = "public_html/weather <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fghammer.net%2Fweather&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNG16rwPxOy0Q3vD5EHrD6yYEjeBYQ>" or belchertown_root_url = "https://ghammer.net/weather <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fghammer.net%2Fweather&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNG16rwPxOy0Q3vD5EHrD6yYEjeBYQ>" to weewx.conf?
