Run wee_reports after converting the date to the day you want.
Then after it generates the information go you where the png files are and save
the one you want. /var/www/html/weather for example.
$ date -d 2020/01/01 +%s 1577797200
$ sudo wee_reports /etc/weewx/weewx.conf 1577797200
Using configuration file /etc/weewx/weewx.conf
Generating for requested time 2020-01-01 00:00:00 AEDT (1577797200)
