I tried my Vagrant VM with latest weewx b11 and latest belchertown under python3 (over stretch64 debian) and it just works with the websockets pointing to either the vagrant vm itself, or alternately at the ip address of a pi4 that I have that is working separately with a slightly older beta of weewx.
