I've made the changes in commit 0658f05 <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/commit/0658f05f32060973c9f7330e8bbb75026682e4e4> .
With a response code of 204, wunderfixer now assumes a good station with no data, instead of assuming a bad station ID.
