The best solution is to replace with your backup.

If you do not have a backup, well, ... you can try dumping it to a file,
then restoring. The steps are (NOT TESTED):

*sqlite3 db3.sdb*
sqlite> *.output db3.sql*
sqlite> *.dump archive*
sqlite> *.quit*

Check the file db3.sql, then use it to restore to a new database:

*sqlite3 db3_restored.sdb < db3.sql*

Hopefully the new file, db3_restored.sdb, will be OK.
