it looks like you are getting a "new style" model key ("Fineoffset-WHx080")
instead of the "old style" model key ("Fine Offset Electronics
WH1080/WH3080 Weather Stations")
please post:
* the version/release/package of rtl_433 that you are using
* the command you use to invoke rtl_433
* the [SDR] section of your weewx configuration file
