Hi, Impossible to tell what is wrong without seeing the log. Please see Help! Posting to weewx user <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Help!-Posting-to-weewx-user> for guidance on posting a log extract. Please post text rather than images, far easier for us to follow, read etc.
Oh, and re-installing WeeWX is seldom required, always look at the log first to see what is/is not going on.
