There's a record for January 1, 2000. The Belchertown skin downloads NOAA data into a NOAA folder under where the Belchertown skin is configured to copy files for each reporting run under public_html. In the NOAA folder you should find the file(s) NOAA-2000-01.txt and possibly NOAA-2000.txt both which need to be deleted. At some point, the index page will be regenerated and the links for NOAA reports will be updated. However, I don't know if this is done with each archive interval or less frequently.
