I have found a mistake. I hadn't run the chain "wee_database --drop-daily" and "wee_database --rebuild-daily", and delete the data in the folder and subsequently "wee_reports". Delete the files in /var/www/html/weewx/folder Belchertown/NOAA/ and /var/www/html/weewx/NOAA/ That Works
