I'm not sure what you're trying to do here, but any particular reason why you're running both weewxd *and* wee_reports? Usually, it's one or the other.
And, you're running both the Seasons report *and* the Belchertown report, albeit to different directories. Is that your intention? Finally, when you say, "none of my changes take affect" what changes are you referring to? The change from the old system? Adding something to the new system?
