I have the same question.  <2.45 is low voltage.  That's where the solar 
panels kick in.  I couldn't find where the voltage is converted to LOW.  It 
seems hard coded.  Low voltage triggers things to pause to save power in 
the Tempest.  LOW is currently a false indicator.

A pointer to where I might be able to edit this would be much appreciated. 
 I read over the manual but didn't see anything about this in there. Not 
really sure where to look.
