Hi, Could you please post a startup debug log; edit weewx.conf, set debug = 1, save weewx.conf and restart WeeWX. Let WeeWX run until the error occurs and then take a log extract from when WeeWX was restarted until the error occurs, make sure you capture the entire WeeWX startup. Post the log extract back here.
