Hi Simon,
When we see an error like that, it is usually a path or permissions issue.
Have you gone through the trouble shooting protocol? Looking at the version
you are using, you may not have seen it. If you look at the current
version, you will see TROUBLESHOOTING.md

Follow the protocol through and post the results (cut and paste is
preferred rather than an attachment).
