I would like to adding a new observation type to the WeeWX database. I followed these wiki entry <https://github.com/poblabs/weewx-belchertown/wiki/Adding-a-new-observation-type-to-the-WeeWX-database>, but I can't find *bin/user/extensions.py* on my raspberry pi installation to edit. Are there newer steps for adding new observation types?
