I've only tested this on Weewx 4.0.1 but I don't believe that there is anything that will stop it working on an earlier version.
It would be helpful to know exactly what doesn't work? Is there anything in the weewx.log file that may give a clue what's wrong? Have you tried running wee_report to see if it gives any errors? Of course I haven't tested the instructions so I may have missed something, has anyone else managed to get it working?
