In addition to the regular 'archive' data, the database also includes
'daily summaries'. These are used to speed up queries, particularly for
historical data. They will need to be rebuilt.

*sudo wee_database --drop-daily*
*sudo wee_database --rebuild-daily*

You can also delete all of the generated NOAA files. WeeWX will
automatically regenerate them.
