My apologies. The 2084 timestamp is in your logger, not the database. That makes this a classic case of memory corruption in the Davis logger. See the section *Corrupt station memory <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Troubleshooting-the-Davis-Vantage-station#corrupt-station-memory>* in the Wiki.
