I'm assuming you're using a standard skin and haven't done much
customization, haven't added extensions, etc. If so, apt-get update,
apt-get upgrade should do it with little risk. But that's a lot of
assumptions. Make a backup copy of at least the database (weewx.sdb) so
that if worst comes to worst, you can just wipe it, reinstall, and restore
the backup copy of the database and not lose anything.
