It looks like your installation is "sort of" working. It's mostly getting data, but missing some LOOP packets. Things to try:
Reseat the logger in the console. It looks like you might be using a serial-to-usb converter. Do you have an extra one? If so, swap them and see if that makes a difference. Try power cycling the console. Unplug, take out the batteries, wait a few seconds, then put back together.
