That's quite the price jump from the WH43 unit. From what I can tell, they
have the same specs --- they just added a TH sensor. It would be way
cheaper to get the WH43, plus a TH sensor.

It's still $100 cheaper than the PurpleAir unit, but it's indoors only, and
has only one channel.
