Alternatively, try copy and pasting directly rather than attaching a file. While you are at it can you make sure you set debug = 1 in weewx.conf and you restart WeeWX and let it run for a few archive periods. Then take a copy and of the log from when you started WeeWX through until the few archive periods have elapsed. Post the log extract here.
