I found the station and password in the Wunderground section, I guess the
api key is a new requirement (sigh).
Ahhh, I now see what my problem is. I copied Wunderground section from the
"old" weewx that I ran before (3.9.2) and did not notice the *new* section
in the *new* weewx.conf, particularly:
# If you plan on using wunderfixer, set the following
# to your API key:
api_key = replace_me
