I'm a new weewx user and troubleshooting data capture on a Raspberry pi. I
have a WeatherFlow Tempest configured in weewx after running for a moment
with simulator as the station device. After switching to the Tempest
WeatherFlowUDP device in the conf file, it appears no data has been
captured as the reports (web pages) all show the last updated time as when
the Simulator was active. The files in the nginx web server docroot are
being update based on the file times but the content remains the same and
showing the "Last updated" date/time when Simulator was active, whether a
scheduled update or manual update was triggered via sudo wee_reports
/etc/weewx/weewx.conf.

When setting log_raw_packets = True in the conf file, I see packets
received from the weather statoin with data showing in the syslog output. I
noticed no unexpected startup messages in syslog when setting debug=1 in
the conf file.

I have queried the sqlite sdb file and most tables just have the record
that I suspect was generated when Simulator was the weather station device
at initial startup. I noticed no data in the sqlite database from the
Tempest/WeatherFlow station.

It is a very base install of weewx on a pi following
https://jackstromberg.com/2018/06/setting-up-weewx-with-a-raspberry-pi/ and
https://github.com/captain-coredump/weatherflow-udp . I added the
belchertown skin but I wouldn't expect that to have an impact the data
being captured. I have not yet looked to configure any other output data
sources/services. I modified the reporting period to every 5 minutes.

What have I overlooked or should I investigate next?
Below is my weewx.conf file followed by pi's syslog at startup of weewx
with a bit of UDP packets coming in.

Many thanks in advance!
David

# This service acts as a filter, converting the unit system coming from
# the hardware to a unit system in the database.

[StdConvert]

    # The target_unit affects only the unit system in the database. Once
    # chosen it cannot be changed without converting the entire database.
    # Modification of target_unit after starting weewx will result in
    # corrupt data - the database will contain a mix of US and METRIC data.
    #
    # The value of target_unit does not affect the unit system for
    # reporting - reports can display US, Metric, or any combination of
units.
    #
    # In most cases, target_unit should be left as the default: US
    #
    # In particular, those migrating from a standard wview installation
    # should use US since that is what the wview database contains.

    # DO NOT MODIFY THIS VALUE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!
