Sorry, forgot to add the logs! Here's one example (there are lots of entries like this)
INFO weewx.manager: Added record 2020-11-26 08:30:00 GMT (1606379400) to database 'weewx.sdb' INFO weewx.manager: Added record 2020-11-26 08:30:00 GMT (1606379400) to daily summary in 'weewx.sdb' Seems as though it is picking up old data from the logger as you suggest, which is strange as I've tried clearing it a few times so presumably it isn't deleting properly when I do that.
