Have you tried this:

If you're are using the GW1000 driver, then you need this in the
weewx.conf:
[StdCalibrate]
[[Corrections]]
# For each type, an arbitrary calibration expression can be given.
# It should be in the units defined in the StdConvert section.
# Example
radiation = luminosity/126.7 if luminosity is not None else None
