Doing a total reinstall was not necessary and, indeed, it has introduced new errors. Start with getting your logger cleared. Follow the directions in WeeWX generates HTML pages, but it does not update them <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Troubleshooting-the-Davis-Vantage-station#weewx-generates-html-pages-but-it-does-not-update-them> .
The "replace_me" is in your weewx.conf under [[FTP]].
