WeeWX seems to be running fine. The key lines are the number of files and images generated. The "copy files" applies for static things like CSS files. They are copied only the first reporting cycle, thereafter the copy count will be zero.
Take a look in /var/www/html/weewx. All your generated files are probably in there. One bit of caution: you have enabled *both* the Standard skin *and* the Seasons skin.
