Hi, It is still not clear what you are asking. Are you wanting WeeWX to estimate cloud base <https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_base>? If so then WeeWX should already be calculating cloud base (stored in WeeWX field ‘cloudbase’). You can verify this by stopping WeeWX and running WeeWX directly <http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#Running_directly>, this will show the contents of loop packets and archive records on the console. Does cloudbase appear? If it does and your database is using the wview_extended schema then cloudbase should be automatically saved to database. If you want to display cloudbase on your NeoWX page(s) I suggest you contact the NeoWX author.
If you want to do something else entirely I suggest you post your question in detail in your native language and I am sure someone will work out what you are after.
