Check your station latitude and longitude settings in weewx.conf <http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#%5BStation%5D>, are the numbers correct, are they using the correct signs? It’s possible WeeWX thinks your station is located elsewhere and hence sunrise/sunset are incorrect.
