Let's answer the last question first: For the intents of this discussion I
suppose the answer is that I have only one weewx.conf. But I have several
weewx installations running with each their database and each their own
weewx.conf. Apart from the fact that the skin uses some data from one of
the other databases (so there's a binding for that) there should be no
interaction between them. So I'd say there's only one weewx.conf file.
