Well the config file in the wee_debug report appears fine, this is backed 
up by the startup log extract which shows your service loading fine now. I 
don't know what changed but it appears WeeWX is happy to start now. I woudl 
give it the benfit of the doubt.

I'm not a Belchertown or an AQI service user so afraid I can't help with 
those, probably best for others that use Belchertown and the the service 
concerned to help.
