Hello, so I am not sure if there is not a bug in current version. I was checking weewx map for stations in Czech republic and in Germany and all stations on version 4.5.1 have currently 69% full moon and phase "First quarter" still. While stations on version 3.X.X have Waxing Gibbous already. Maybe it's just tiny bug which appeared randomly cause previously I didn't realize it. But with current moon phase first quarter started around 25% and is still there until 69%.
