Ok - glad it wasn't me! :)
I was beginning to think something was wrong when I tried installing 0.4
more than once and the --list command kept showing 0.3. I thought I had
broken my weewx somehow.

driver version number in the installer in the v0.4.0 release. It's
fixed now in v0.4.1

update if you want, that incorrect version number is only cosmetic,
v0.4.0 of the driver is installed and is being used.
