Evan, I was running version 1.2 of the Belchertown skin and was not able to display the AQI results for my town. What I did to solve it was to grab a copy of the development version by downloading and installing a zipped version of the code. After commenting out Beaufort Scale Default Labels the skin produced the AQI results. I haven't messed with the cloud cover so I can't offer any help with it.
