Unfortunately, there is no "native" way of doing this. It has been talked about in issue #91 <https://github.com/weewx/weewx/issues/91>.
With the introduction of xtypes, it might be possible to write an extension that would allow arbitrary meteorological days. Someone would have to give it a try.
