I would like to see skin.conf as well, but, no matter, your xtype_services
section does not include 'user.xaggs.XAggsService'. See an earlier email

xtype_services = user.xaggs.XAggsService,
weewx.wxxtypes.StdWXXTypes, weewx.wxxtypes.StdPressureCooker,
weewx.wxxtypes.StdRainRater, weewx.wxxtypes.StdDelta,
user.xaggs.XAggsService
(all on one line).
