You can give the utility wee_reports
<http://www.weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#wee_reports_utility> with a
timestamp. For example, graphs of 2022-01-01 UTC would be

*wee_reports /etc/weewx/weewx.conf 1640998800*

Because the timestamp is a positional argument normally found in the 2nd
position, you'll have to give the path to the configuration file in the
first position.

Use epochconverter.com to figure out what timestamp you need.
