Yes you can. Go into weewx.conf and add a stanza for [[[[StringFormats]]]]
if it's not already there. Then add a setting for
microgram_per_meter_cubed under
it. When you're done, it will look something like this:
[StdReport]
...
[[Defaults]]
...
[[[Groups]]]
...
[[[[StringFormats]]]]
...
microgram_per_meter_cubed = "%.1f"
Then restart weewxd.
