Got everything back with this line
#set $observations = $to_list($DisplayOptions.get('observations_current',
['outTemp', 'barometer', 'windchill', 'heatindex', 'dewpoint',
'outHumidity', 'windSpeed', 'windGust', 'rainRate', 'inTemp']))
Sucks I had to go through all that trouble though.
