I am successfully using the BMP180 for barometer with weewx. I followed this guys tutorial to the letter and it explains everything pretty well ... so I didn't have any issues at all. I got 5 BMP180 sensors on Ebay. They shipped from China & made it here in 6 days. The author of the tutorial explains that the BMP180 is the most weewx friendly of the Baro sensors. Don't know if that's true but I took him at his word and everything is working perfect for me. You might want to go with the BMP180 and follow his tutorial and you will be good to go.
