I believe the rsync_xxx entries need to be under an Rsync section:
[RealtimeGaugeData]
.
.
.
  [Rsync]
    rsync_server=xxx
    Rsync_user=LushEr21
    etc.

If that doesn’t work, I will install the extension and get it working.
