After you follow Gary’s advice to install the current version of readltime_gauge-data, you’ll hit a problem with your version of weewx-forecast, as it hasn’t been updated for Python3. To fix this, you can install a fork that has been ported: https://github.com/chaunceygardiner/weewx-forecast/releases/download/v3.4.0b11/weewx-forecast-3.4.0b11.zip
