Now it works wit your file sdr.py  !!
but before there is a small syntax error to correct .

                                                   return 
OS.insert_ids(pkt, OSTHR228Packet.__name__)N
must be replaced by                return OS.insert_ids(pkt, 
OSTHR228NPacket.__name__)N
