Is it safe to assume that the record in one's database with the highest
heat index will also be the day with the highest humidex? I understand
that heat index is a USA "feels like" measure, and humidex is a Canadian
"feels like" measure calculated using two entirely different formulas.

However, muggy weather is muggy weather, and I don't think how you
calculate the "uncomfortableness" will cause them to be out of order (if
this makes sense.)

More simply, if I find the record with the highest heat index, is it also
likely to calculate out to having the highest humidex?
