1, It looks like you have two instances of weewx running. Make sure all instances are stopped before trying to restart weewxd:
sudo killall weewxd sudo systemctl start weewx 2. While your driver seems to be putting new packets into its internal queue, it's not draining the queue, so the queue keeps getting longer. You'd have to ask the author about that.
